HEALTHY RECIPE : EASY CUP CAKE


















1 CUP FLOUR

1/4 CUP COCO POWDER 
* ( AS YOU LIKE -IF NOT, YOU CAN ADD 1/4 CUP CUP OF FLOUR)

1 TSP. SALT

1 CUP SUGAR

1/2 TSP. BAKING POWDER 

1/2 TSP. BAKING SODA

1/4 CUP SMELL LESS OIL

1 CUP MILK

1/2 TUTTY FRUITY

* (3 TBSP. STRAWBERRY SQUASH - IF YOU HAVE NOT ADD COCO POWDER, YOU CAN ADD)

* PRE HEAT THE OVEN ON 180* 10 MINUTES.


















TAKE A MIXING BOWL AND ADD FLOUR, COCA POWDER, SALT, BAKING POWDER, SODA AND SUGAR. 
MIX WELL TOGETHER.





































ADD TUTTY FRUITY.
ADD 1/4 CUP OF SMELL LESS OIL AND 
MIX WELL.


















ADD 1 CUP OF WARM MILK. MIX WELL.
* (IF YOU AVOID COCO POWDER, - ADD 1/4 CUP OF MORE FLOUR OR CORN FLOUR AND STRAWBERRY SQUASH. NOT ADD VANILLA ESSENCE IN MIXTURE).
* I HAVE NOT USED COCO POWDER IN THIS RECIPE.

* NOW TAKE A SILICON CUP MOULD AND FILL HALF - NEVER FULL IT.
BAKE THE CUP CAKE OVER 180* FOR  15 - 20 MINUTES


















REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET TO COOL.

GARNISH WITH ICING :
NOT USE BUTTER : 




















10 BISCUITS - NAMED- 20-20 CASHEW BUTTER

3 TBSP. STRAWBERRY SQUASH 

PINCH RED FOOD COLOUR  

1 - 2  TBSP.  MILK

COLOURED VERMICELLI

SILVER BALLS

 PINCH CHOCOLATE CHUNKS 

2 TBSP. LIGHT GREEN ICING

















* MIX THE STRAWBERRY PULP, GRINDED BISCUITS, RED COLOUR AND MILK IN A BOWL.


















FILL UP THE ICING BAG WITH THIS MIXTURE.
DESIGN AS YOU LIKE.
SPRINKLE THE SILVER BALLS N COLOURED VERMICELLI OVER ICING.
